We rely on our embodiment of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness as we move into an exploration of our emotional body. We use our body to trust this path, we meet the old – how our emotional landscape was formed by history, education and society and we discover new.  We will ground, center and soften. We will meet our emotions as flowing energy opening the possibility of building new relationships with our fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion.

Through moving, expressing and releasing what was caged, we’ll find our way to the essence of each emotion. We will learn more about how fear protects us, anger defends us, sadness releases us, joy uplifts us and how compassion unites us.

Dancing the flow of our emotions is a path is full of gifts… it opens our heart and invites us into our power of loving …
