This weekend, we use Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms\u2014flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness\u2014as our reliable guide and encouraging support as we dance into the wilderness, to explore bits and pieces of our own unique wilderness guided by the elements of earth, fire, water, air, and ether.<\/p>\n

With curious eyes and an open heart, we will move and experience the wilderness within and around us, learn to appreciate each element for its precious value, feel what each element has to offer us, and how each element can enrich our daily lives.<\/p>\n

With the rhythms in our bodies, we can practice trusting our adventurous feet wherever they are and wherever they take us, learn to live truthfully from our turbulent, sparkling heart, practice surrender to restless, muddling whirl pools within our lives, and invite ourselves to incessantly tickle our airy, playful soul. We dance this journey through our magical wilderness together, moving towards who we essentially are, on the way to the invisible that connects us and the world at the deepest level.<\/p>\n
